It all started when…

My coach shared: “If you were to reach ONE MILLION people with your message, it STILL wouldn’t be enough - that’s how much the world needs your work.”

I know everyone can be lit up by the fire of their own brilliance. And when that happens, its amazing to watch!!!

Imagine if our world had a global workforce of at least 52% people truly engaged in what they do. OOOOOOH WHAT A SIGHT THAT WILL BE!!!

I clap my hands and wiggle my toes for that day.

And even though I feel scared to get a little emotionally naked - I want to share the tips that have opened doors, accelerated results and brought relief to leaders I’ve worked with. Perspectives I’ve gained by working my rear off for a couple decades now, at home and abroad.
